Telangana Anganwadi Recruitment 2026 | 343 jobs in Nalgonda district, no exam!

Another super notification has come for female candidates of Telangana. The state government is inviting applications for the vacant posts of Anganwadi Teacher and Helper in various ICDS projects in Nalgonda district under the auspices of the Women and Child Welfare Department (WDCW) .

There is no written test for these jobs, selection is based solely on merit and interview. There is no application fee either!

Vacancy Details & Projects

These arrangements are being made under a total of 9 ICDS projects in Nalgonda district:

• Projects: Aanumula, Damarcharla, Devarakonda, Chintapalli, Kondamallepalli, Munugodu, Miryalaguda (U), Nakirekal and Nalgonda.

• Anganwadi Teachers (AWT): 146 posts

• Anganwadi Assistants/Helpers (AWH): 197 posts

### Educational Qualifications (Eligibility)

• Anganwadi Teacher (AWT): Must have passed 12th class (Intermediate).

• Anganwadi Helper (AWH): Must have Intermediate qualification. (If candidates with Intermediate qualification are not available in tribal/agency areas, candidates who have passed 10th class (SSC) will be considered).

• Important Note: Female candidates applying must be local residents of the respective village/ward .

### Selection Process

There will be no written test for these jobs. The selection process will be for a total of 100 marks as mentioned below:

• Intermediate Marks Merit: 70 Marks

• Special Categories / Widows: 10 marks

• Orphans: 05 marks

• Disabled (PwD): 05 marks

• District Selection Committee Interview: 10 marks

1. Eligible female candidates should first visit the official website wdcw.tg.nic.in.

2. You need to click on the Anganwadi Recruitment link on the website and enter your details.

3. You need to upload your educational certificates, residence certificate (Local Proof), and caste certificates online.

4. The application should be reviewed thoroughly and submitted by 10.07.2026 at 5:00 PM .

Follow these steps to avoid making any mistakes while applying for these jobs:

1. Open the official website: First step.

First, open the official website of the Women and Child Welfare Department, wdcw.tg.nic.in , on your mobile or computer browser.

2.Click on the Anganwadi Recruitment link: Notification option.

Click on the “Anganwadi Recruitment” or “Online Application” link appearing on the homepage . The application form will open there.

3. Select the project and post details: Select correctly.

Select the district you wish to apply for (Nalgonda) , your ICDS project , and the post you are applying for ( AWT – Teacher or AWH – Helper ) from the dropdown menu.

4.Enter personal details: As per certificates.

Type your name, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth (DOB), caste, and your mobile number as it appears in your 10th or intermediate marks memo without any mistakes.

5. Educational Qualifications and Locality Details: Key for Merit.

Enter your Intermediate or 10th class marks details (total marks and marks obtained by you). Also, clearly fill in the residential details confirming that you are a resident of that village/ward.

6. Upload documents: Check the file size.

Scan your photograph, signature, marks memos, Residence/Nativity Certificate, and Caste Certificate and upload them in the size (KB) specified on the website.

7. Preview and submit: Final step.

Before submitting the application, double- check that all the details you have entered are correct by clicking the Preview button. If everything is good, click the Submit button. After successfully completing the application, save the printout of the application for future reference.
